- 1 bowl Fenugreek
- 2 Whole Wheat Flour bowls
- 1 cup Curd
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Make a dough with fenugreek leaves, flour, salt and curd. Then make soft paratha.
- Serve with fried brinjal.
Recipe Notes
Fenugreek leaves has a bitter taste so it is good combination with brinjal.
