Veg Soup
This is an easy breakfast and also basic recipe. We should always consume more veggies. we have to always think for our digestive system. Here I used all healthy ingredients, so school going kids and old persons also will enjoy this basic recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Sweet Corn
- 1 cup Capsicum chopped
- 1 cup Beans chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Soya nuggets soaked
- 2 tsp Curry yellow
- Basil dried
- Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Corn Flour

Instructions
- Take a saucepan add 1 tsp olive oil, chopped ginger and garlic. Stir fry few seconds then add all above mentioned vegetable stir fry and close the lid for a few seconds.
- Open the lid add yellow curry paste, corn flour paste. Season with crushed black pepper salt. Again mix well until cook.
- Add peanut butter and serve with dried basil.
