This is an easy breakfast and also basic recipe. We should always consume more veggies. we have to always think for our digestive system. Here I used all healthy ingredients, so school going kids and old persons also will enjoy this basic recipe.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Sweet Corn
  • 1 cup Capsicum chopped
  • 1 cup Beans chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Soya nuggets soaked
  • 2 tsp Curry yellow
  • Basil dried
  • Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Corn Flour

Instructions
 

  • Take a saucepan add 1 tsp olive oil, chopped ginger and garlic. Stir fry few seconds then add all above mentioned vegetable stir fry and close the lid for a few seconds.

  • Open the lid add yellow curry paste, corn flour paste. Season with crushed black pepper salt. Again mix well until cook.

  • Add peanut butter and serve with dried basil.
