Fried Peas ( Tali Hui Matar)

Ingredients
- 2 cup Green Peas
- 1/2 Cumin Seeds tspn
- 2 Oil tspn
- 3/4 red chili powder tspn
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Dry Mango Powder dry mango powder as per your taste

Instructions
- Take oil in a pan . Add cumin seeds . When cumin seeds crackle add peas and fry forfew minutes.
- Lower the flame and cook till peas is completely cooked and is soft.
- Add salt , red chilli powder and amchur powder. Stir for couple of minutes. And serve hot with tea

Make sure you dont use more oil.
