About Whole Wheat Chocolate Cake!!!
This Whole Wheat Chocolate Cake is a healthier twist on a classic indulgence, crafted entirely with wholesome whole wheat flour. Not only is it a guilt-free treat, but it also boasts a wonderfully moist texture that makes every bite truly satisfying.
What sets my version apart is the extra dose of decadence—each slice is packed with rich chocolate cubes, ensuring bursts of chocolatey flavor throughout. Perfect for breakfast, desserts, or a snack, this cake brings a delightful fusion of health and taste to your table!

Recipe Notes
Additional Tips
- For an extra crunchy texture and a hint of salt, sprinkle a mixture of chopped roasted nuts and flaky sea salt over the batter just before baking.
- If you want to make the cake entirely vegan, use a plant-based milk (such as almond or oat) and substitute the chocolate cubes with a vegan dark chocolate.
- To keep the chocolate cubes from sinking to the bottom, toss them lightly in a spoonful of wheat flour before folding into the batter.
- This cake stays moist when stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature, but for an extra fudge-like experience, briefly warm slices in the microwave before serving.
