- 2-3 Ice cubes ((optional))
- 2-3 Mint leaves (fresh, for garnish (optional))

Instructions
Prepare the Apples
- Wash the apples thoroughly.
- Core and chop the apples into small pieces, leaving the skin on for extra nutrients.
Juice the Lemon
- Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice, making sure to remove any seeds.
Blend the Ingredients
- In a blender, add the chopped apples, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and cold water.
- If you prefer a sweeter drink, add honey or sugar to taste.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
Strain (Optional)
- If you prefer a smoother juice, strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove any pulp.
Serve
