Ingredients
Pizza Base
- 1 Pizza Base pre-made or homemade, round
Toppings
- 3 tbsp Pizza Sauce
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 1 medium Bell Peppers capsicum, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Corn canned or frozen, drained, sweet
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup Jalapeno Peppers adjust to taste, finely chopped
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Pepper black, freshly ground
- 2 tbsp Butter melted
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 tsp Oregano Flakes dried
Instructions
Prepare the Pizza Base
- Spread melted butter evenly over the pizza base.
- Spread pizza sauce and mayonnaise over the buttered base.
Add the Toppings
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Evenly distribute the onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, sweet corn, and jalapeno peppers on top of the cheese.
Season and Bake
- Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
