Expert Tips for Perfect Croquettes
- For extra flavor, roast the beetroot and potatoes before mashing. This intensifies their sweetness.
- If you prefer a spicier croquette, add more green chili or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- To ensure crispy croquettes, don't overcrowd the pan when cooking. Work in batches if necessary.
- Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator and reheated in the oven or air fryer.
