Ingredients
Fruits
Dressing & Garnish
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice adjust to taste
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Coconut shredded, toasted (optional)
- 8 Almonds sliced, toasted
Chocolate
- 1/4 cup Chocolate chopped, sweet or semi-sweet
Instructions
Prepare the Fruit
- Combine all the prepared fruits and toasted sliced almonds in a large bowl.
Make the Honey-Lime Dressing
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey until well combined.
Dress the Fruit
- Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat all the pieces evenly.
Melt the Chocolate
- Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water (double boiler). Stir occasionally until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
