About Tangy Indian Fruit Salad with Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing

Inspired by a gift of apple cider vinegar, I transformed our family's favorite Indian breakfast salad into something truly special. Our usual mix of fruits, red rice (or poha), and raisins got a vibrant, zesty upgrade with a homemade apple cider vinegar dressing. This recipe is a delightful blend of sweet and tart, making it a perfect healthy and refreshing start to your day – ideal for breakfast or a light lunch.
The apple cider vinegar dressing adds a unique tang that complements the sweetness of the fruit and the subtle earthiness of the red rice. It's a simple yet sophisticated recipe that's both nutritious and incredibly delicious. Give it a try and experience the delightful burst of flavor!
