Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes (ripened and firm, finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp urad dal
- 5 - 6 curry leaves
- 1 pinch asafoetida
- Salt (as per taste)
- 1/2 coconut (fresh)
- 2 - 3 Green Chillies
- 1 ginger (small piece)
- 1 cup curd

Instructions
- Heat a pan with oil and do the seasoning with mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves. Once they splutter add a pinch of asafoetida and put the tomatoes and add required salt.
- Keep frying in medium flame till the tomatoes are cooked well. Switch off the stove and keep it aside for getting cold. Grind the coconut, green chillies and ginger to paste adding some water.
- Add the paste to the curd and mix well without any lumps. Once the fried tomatoes are cooled down add them to the curd.
