About Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms are Bize-sized Snacks which can be enjoyed as the snacks at 4 o'clock or as the starters during the Dinner get-together. They also go well if you want to have them with your bread-omelette during the breakfast. Hence this is a versatile dish which can be enjoyed at any point of the time. Mushrooms provide protein, calcium, and iron. They should be cooked as their cell wall cannot be digested to gain nutritional benefits.

Ingredients
- 10-12 Button Mushroom
- 100 gm Cottage Cheese
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Oregano dried

Instructions
- Clean Button Mushroom thoroughly as there is a lot of mud. I usually peel off the skin to remove the dirt further.
- Remove the Mushroom stem and chop it as small as possible.
- Take 2 table spoon of olive oil in a wok and put the mushroom and stir-fry.
- Once the water is removed from them and they become little brown in color, remove them.
- Crumble paneer, Add salt, oregano and chopped mushroom stems and saute for 5 minutes.
- Brush the mushrooms with olive oil, Fill this Paneer mixture in the mushrooms.
- Take the baking tray and put these button mushrooms and bake them at 180 Degrees for 105 minutes. Check again if they need a bit more browning and put it again in the oven for next 5 minutes. stuffed mushroom is ready to be enjoyed.
Recipe Notes
- Try to buy a pack of mushroom which is white in color as the darker and murky they look, older and stale they are.
