- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 100 gm Yogurt plain, also known as curd
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder haldi
- 1 tsp Sugar

- 11 Tiger Prawns peeled and deveined
- 2 Chilies finely chopped, green
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1/4 cup Water adjust as needed for desired consistency
Instructions
Prepare the Marinade
- Combine mustard powder, grated coconut, salt, yogurt, turmeric powder, and sugar in a bowl. Mix thoroughly to form a smooth paste.
Steam the Prawns
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the marinade. Stir in the water, prawns, and green chilies. Drizzle mustard oil over the top.

- Cover the bowl with a lid and microwave on high for 8-10 minutes, or until the prawns are cooked through and opaque. Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave.
