  • 200 gm Cottage Cheese indian cottage cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper black, freshly ground, or to taste

Prepare the Paneer

  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add paneer cubes and sauté for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool.
