- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder black
- 4 tbsp Vinegar white

- 2 medium Onion finely diced
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 20 gm Coriander finely chopped
For Serving:
- 10 Slider Buns and toasted, buttered, halved, small
Instructions
Marinate the Mutton
- In a bowl, combine the mutton cubes, green chilies, ginger paste, garlic paste, black pepper powder, vinegar, and salt. Mix well to coat the mutton evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably longer for enhanced flavor.
Cook the Mutton
- Add about 1/2 cup of water to the marinated mutton. Pressure cook in a pressure cooker until the mutton is tender. This usually takes about 15-20 minutes, depending on your pressure cooker and the type of mutton.
Prepare the Sauce
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely diced onions and sauté until translucent. Add the cooked mutton along with any accumulated juices or stock from the pressure cooker.
Finish the Dish
- Bring the mutton and onion mixture to a gentle boil. Stir in soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and chopped coriander. Cook for a few minutes until the mutton is well coated with the sauce and heated through. Adjust seasoning with salt as needed.
Assemble the Sliders
- Place the cooked mutton on the toasted slider buns. Garnish with additional coriander, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
