  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Kasundi indian mustard paste; or substitute with dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper black, freshly ground, or to taste

Prepare the Marinade

  • Combine mango pulp, lime juice, Kasundi, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.

Marinate the Shrimp

  • Add the shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Grill the Shrimp
