- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Bell Peppers finely diced, green
- 1 Bell Peppers finely diced, red
- 1 Orange Bell Pepper finely diced (optional)
- 2 Chili Peppers finely minced (adjust to your spice preference), green
Seasoning & Sauce
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Chili Sauce adjust amount to your desired spice level, red
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar rice vinegar or red wine vinegar recommended.
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup Water or more, as needed for desired consistency
Instructions
Prepare the Sauce
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and saute until translucent.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste, bell peppers, and green chilies. Saute for 6-8 minutes, until softened.
- Stir in the red chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Combine with Pasta
