  • 8 oz Pasta any short pasta shape works well, or fusilli. cook according to package directions until al dente., rigatoni, such as penne
  • 1 shot Espresso freshly brewed is best, or use strong brewed coffee.

Prepare the Sauce

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and saute until translucent.
  • Add the ginger-garlic paste, bell peppers, and green chilies. Saute for 6-8 minutes, until softened.
  • Stir in the red chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Combine with Pasta
