Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for the Perfect Shahi Tukda
- For an extra rich flavor, use full-fat milk and high-quality ghee.
- Don't overcrowd the pan when frying the bread; fry in batches to ensure even browning.
- If using fresh rose petals, make sure to gently wash them before using.
- Allow the Shahi Tukda to sit for at least 15 minutes after pouring the milk mixture to allow the bread to absorb the flavors fully. Chilling enhances the flavors even further!
