Ingredients

- 1 Bell Peppers capsicum, chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 100 gm Cottage Cheese cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp Herbs chopped coriander (cilantro) recommended, fresh
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper black
- 1/4 tsp Pepper Flakes for spice, optional, red
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
Instructions
