Ingredients

- 1 large Potato and mashed, boiled, peeled
- 200 gm Cottage Cheese indian cottage cheese, shredded
- 4 slices Bread torn into small pieces, white bread
- 1/2 medium Onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Coriander finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger grated
- 1 tbsp Garlic grated
- 1 Chili green, minced (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
For Coating and Frying:
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1/4 cup Water
- Oil as needed, for deep frying

Prepare the Aloo Paneer Mixture
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, shredded paneer, bread pieces, chopped onion, coriander, ginger, garlic, green chili, garam masala, cumin seeds, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
