For the Pan Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes
- 1 tsp Peppercorns black
- 2 tsp Water
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Swirl to coat the pan.
- Place the marinated chicken drumsticks in the hot pan. Sear them until golden brown on all sides. This creates a flavorful crust.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the cooked chicken from the pan and set aside on a serving platter.
- Add water to the pan. Use a spoon to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. These drippings add depth of flavor.
- Simmer the pan sauce until it slightly thickens. This concentrates the flavors.
- Pour the pan sauce over the chicken kebabs. Sprinkle with chili flakes and freshly crushed black peppercorns for an extra layer of spice and aroma.
