Ingredients
- 300 gm Cottage Cheese
- 10-12 piece Garlic (chopped)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 large Onion (chopped)
- 2 Green Chillies (chopped)
- Spring Onion (chopped)
- 1 bunch Garlic (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp Chilli Sauce (or sweet sweet)
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Chilli Garlic Paste
- Oil (for deep fry)
- 3 tbsp Sauce (or oil oil for)
- 1 Bellpepper Cubed (bellpepper cubed)

Instructions
- MARINATE PANEER CUBES WITH GINGER GARLIC PASTE,SALT,1TBSP CORNFLOUR FOR 10 MINS & DEEP FRY.(DONT OVERFRY PLEASE)
- TO MAKE MANCHURIAN SAUCE,HEAT UP PAN WITH 3TBSP OIL.
- ADD ONION.COOK TILL LIGHT PINK IN COLOR.NOW ADD CHOPPED GARLIC & CHILLIES.TOSS WELL.ADD BELLPEPPER.
- ADD CHILLI GARLIC PASTE,GARLIC LEAVES & TOSS WELL.
- NOW ADD SOYA SAUCE & SWEET CHILLI SAUCE.ADD WATER. ADD A LITTLE SALT & BOIL IT.
- NOW ADD CORNFLOUR SLURRY TO MAKE SAUCE THICKEN.ADD SPRING ONION & SOME GARLIC LEAVES.
- ADD PANEER & COAT WELL.SERVE HOT.
