Ingredients
- 4 Potato chopped, medium sized, smash
- cubes Cottage Cheese paneer, smash and
- bunch Onion or mint mint
- Cheese
- Chilli Flakes chillyflakes
- 1.5 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Oregano Flakes
- Corn boil
- Onion
- Bell Peppers
- Tomatoes
- Tomatoes or gravy boil gravy
- clove Garlic
Instructions
Prepare the Cutlets
- Combine mashed potatoes, crumbled paneer, salt, pepper, grated cheese, and coriander. Mix well and form small patties.
Make the Minty Tomato Sauce
- Sauté chopped onions and garlic in a pan until softened. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, and chili flakes. Simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir in the chopped mint leaves.
Assemble and Sizzle
- Heat butter on a tawa (flat griddle). Arrange mint leaves on the tawa. Place the paneer and potato cutlets on top of the mint. Pour the tomato sauce over the cutlets. Arrange the chopped baby corn, capsicum, and onion around the cutlets.
Finish and Serve
- Pour the remaining sauce over everything. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Add water mixed with butter to the side of the tawa for the sizzle effect. Serve hot and enjoy your Paneer and Potato Sizzler.
