Ingredients
- 400 gm Peas frozen or fresh ones, green
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Mango Powder dry
Instructions
- Thaw and rinse the frozen peas well. Add salt, mango powder and oil to them and spread out in the baking tray.
- Bake in a preheated oven on 200° for about 40 to 50 minutes. It depends upon the oven you are using as every oven temperature settings are different.
- Keep turning and tossing for one or two times in between to ensure even roasting of the peas.
- Serve them at tea-time to your families or even as an after school quick munchie to your kids. The choice is entirely yours.
- Store them in air tight containers and relish upto 2 weeks or even more depending upon the climatic conditions in your place.
