  • 3 tbsp Berries fresh or dried, chopped, mixed
  • 2 tbsp Orange chopped
  • 1 tbsp Pistachios for garnish, chopped, toasted

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chuda Ghasa

  • Combine beaten rice, 4 tbsp sugar, and cardamom powder in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely ground.
  • Add ghee and shredded coconut. Pulse again until well combined, resembling breadcrumbs.

Prepare the Yogurt Layer

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp sugar, saffron strands, and chopped pistachios.

Assemble the Parfait

  • Layer a portion of the chuda ghasa in small glasses or serving dishes.
