Ingredients

- 1 cup Basmati Rice good quality, rinsed
For the Mutton Filling
- 250 gm Mutton minced
- 1/2 cup Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Chili Powder red
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
For Serving
- Chutney as needed, your favorite variety
Instructions
Prepare the Rice
- Soak basmati rice in water for 10 minutes.
Prepare the Mutton Filling
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until softened.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in minced mutton, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the mutton is browned and cooked through.
Assemble the Rice Flower
- Shape the cooked mutton mixture into small balls.
