Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Semolina rava / suji
- 1/2 cup Sugar adjust to taste, granulated
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 pinch Saffron Strands

- 1/4 cup Pear finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Apple finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds

- Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pan or kadai over low heat. Add the semolina and stir continuously until fragrant and lightly roasted, about 5-7 minutes. Avoid browning. Set aside.

- Stir until the mixture thickens and the semolina is cooked through. Stir in the sugar until dissolved. Add cardamom powder.
