About Mango Chicken
People sometimes eat skinless chicken breast when trying to lose weight because they are relatively high in protein and low in fat. However simply adding chicken breast to what you already eat won't results in weight loss. To see gradually drop in weight, you must eat chicken breast in place of another calories and reduce you overall calorie intake.
Now fresh raw mango is available. I used mango paste replace of tomato paste or curd. I marinated with mango paste and it gives different taste.

Ingredients
- 300 gm Chicken
- 2 tbsp Mango Paste
- 1/2 cup Onion Paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Corriender Powder (corriender powder)
- 1 tsp red chili powder (kashmiri)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1 pinch Nutmeg Powder
- 2 leaves Bay Leaves (bay)
- 2.5 tbsp Oil
- slice Garnishing (or mango mango for)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breast pieces with mango paste and turmeric powder.
- Take a frying pan add oil and bay leaves. Then add onion paste, ginger, garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder and corriender powder. Stir until brown then add marinated chicken mix all together and close the lid till cook.
- Open the the lid add salt, garam masala, cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder.
- Stir continuously sprinkle little water.
- Now take another small pan for tempering. Add 1 tsp oil after heating off the flame immediately add the Kashmiri red chilly powder. Pour into the cooked chicken. It will become red in colour.
- Garnish with raw mango slice. Now it is ready to serve.
Recipe Notes
It can be served with chapati, steam rice, etc.
