- 1/2 cup Tamarind Chutney sweet
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder roasted
- 1 tsp Chili Powder red
- 1 tsp Ginger finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt black
- 1/4 cup Chickpea Noodle crispy chickpea flour noodles, optional
- 1 tbsp Chaat Masala optional
Instructions
Prepare the Potato Patties
- Combine mashed potatoes and salt. Form small, round patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Gently flatten each patty and shallow fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Set aside.
Assemble the Dahi Chaat
- Place a crispy potato patty on a serving plate.
- Top generously with plain yogurt.
- Add sweet tamarind chutney.
- Sprinkle with black salt, chopped ginger, red chili powder, and roasted coriander powder.
- Garnish with sev and chaat masala (optional).
