Instant Suji Appam can be prepared in no time when there is no traditional Appam batter .. can be served as breakfast lunch dinner or any time . Suji Appam tastes best with coconut Chatni or can be served with green chutney or tomato sauce also ..enjoy endlessly with family and friends 🌹

Recipe Time & More
Ingredients
- 1 cup Semolina (or rawa, or suji rawa or suji)
- 1 cup Buttermilk (or curd or curd)
- 1 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Oil (for shallow frying)
- 1 - Veggies (onion, tomato, carrot ,cucumber ,pumpkin, cups mix finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 10 leaves Curry (chopped)

Instructions
- Above mentioned all ingredients along with suji and mixed veggies
- In a mixing bowl take all above mentioned ingredients and keep covered for next 5 minutes ...
- After a while add baking soda and mix gently
- Heat Appam pan and add some oil in each cavity
- Fill each cavity half of it's level with ready batter . Cook from one side and turn it to cook from other side too ...add some more oil if required
- Yummy , Instant Suji Appams are ready to serve
- Serve hot immediately with coconut Chatni or tomato sauce and enjoy endlessly with family and friends
