Hot and Sweet Tapioca cutlet is quite an interesting recipe. Tapioca is used unlike regular use of potato for cutlets. Hot and sweet Tapioca cutlet is not a typical regular recipe served in restaurant. It's an innovative simple homely comforting recipe I have presented here. Tapioca cutlet is mainly highlighted by chilli powder with a twist of adding fresh natural sweet of dried prunes, fig and cashew nuts.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Tapioca
- 1 Onion
- 5 Figs
- 5 Prunes
- 10 cashews
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 leaves Coriander
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Oil (for frying)
- 2 tbsp For Binding. Health Mix Powder 2Tablepoon (for binding health mix powder )
- Rava (sooji 1 tablespoon)
- 3 tbsp Rusk Powder 3 Tablespoon (rusk powder)

Instructions
- Boil Tapioca for 20 minutes. Mash well and add chopped onion, fig, prunes, cashew, coriander leaves, chilli powder and salt to taste
- For binding the cutlet add health mix powder with little rava and little water. Powder rusk and keep it aside. Shape out cutlet with a help of heart shaped cookie cutter. Shape it as it is shown in the picture.
- Dab the shaped cutlet on health mix batter and again on rusk powder. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlet one by one till it's golden brown and crisp. Yummy healthy Hot and sweet Tapioca cutlet is ready to serve.
