Expert Tips for the Perfect Daliya Soup

  • For a creamier soup, blend a portion of the cooked soup with an immersion blender before adding the lemon juice.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like chopped tomatoes, spinach, or potatoes to customize your soup.
  • If you prefer a spicier soup, add a pinch of red chili powder or a few chopped green chilies along with the onions.
  • To enhance the flavor further, add a bay leaf while simmering the soup. Remove before serving.
