Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Yogurt greek yogurt recommended for a thicker consistency
- 1/4 cup Cherry Puree fresh or frozen cherries, pureed
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate Juice
- 1 tbsp Honey Or Maple Syrup adjust to your sweetness preference
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds soaked in 2 tablespoons of water for at least 15 minutes
For Garnish
- 2 tsp Chia Seeds for topping
- 1 tbsp Cherries halved or quartered, fresh
Instructions
Prepare the Chia Seeds
- Soak 1 tablespoon of chia seeds in 2 tablespoons of water for at least 15 minutes to allow them to absorb liquid and soften.
Combine Ingredients
- In a blender, combine the plain yogurt, cherry puree, pomegranate juice, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Incorporate Chia Seeds
- Add the soaked chia seeds to the yogurt mixture and gently stir to combine.
Set the Molds
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds of your choice. Ensure they are well-greased if not silicone.
Refrigerate
- Refrigerate for at least 8-10 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the molds to set completely.
Unmold and Garnish
- Carefully unmold the yogurt molds onto serving plates. Top with additional chia seeds and fresh cherries.
