- 300 ml Milk
- 100 ml Canola Oil or other neutral oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Decoration
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Flakes or chocolate shavings
- 1/2 cup Cream for topping, whipped
Instructions
Prepare the Dry Ingredients
- Combine the almonds, rice flour, rolled oats, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder in a large bowl. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Prepare the Wet Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
