Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- ¾ cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Sugar granulated
Wet Ingredients
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Chocolate Chunks
- 1 cup Chocolate Chunks dark
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a square baking pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to lift the finished brownies out easily.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the well.
- Gently mix the wet and dry ingredients together until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can result in tough brownies. Fold in the dark chocolate chunks.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached. The top should appear smooth and slightly crisp.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before lifting them out using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve. These brownies are delicious on their own or paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
