A very famous breakfast of Hyderabad that is made in every home for their little kids. This has nothing much fancy about it but i gave it a little twist thus making these a little bit more healthy and gorgeous. Addition of mixed dry fruits adds that glitz and glamour to this simple looking roti. Enjoy these piping hot direct from pan to the plate. Happy Cooking !!!!!!!!!

Ingredients
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Water 1/4th cup
- Milk 1/4 th cup
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Almonds slivered 1/4th cup
- Pistachios slivered 1/4th cup
- Cashewnuts slivered 1/4th cup
- Pure desi ghee 1/4 th cup
- Sugar 3-4 tbsp

Instructions
- Knead a smooth dough using the first five ingredients. Addition of water or milk depends upon the quality of the flour used. So you might require less or more accordingly.
- Keep it covered for 20 minutes. After the stipulated time, divide the dough into medium sized balls and make rotis as usual.
- Roast on a hot griddle on medium flame using ghee. After done on one side, flip it over and sprinkle sugar on top. Also sprinkle your favourite nuts. Cover and cook for a minute.
- Remove onto a serving plate directly and serve with some more ghee drizzled on top. Stack these rotis in a casserole until ready to serve for a scrumptious breakfast.
