Fennel And Mint Cooler

Ingredients
- Fennel powder 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Honey 1 & 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Mint leaves 4 to 5
- Water 1 glass
- Ice cubes 8-10
- Takmariya/sabja 1/2 tsp soaked in 1 tbsp water
- Rock salt as your taste
- Mint leaves 4 to 5 for garnish
- Lemon slices 2- 3
Instructions
- Take a bowl add 1 glass of water add 1 tbsp fennel powder and keep aside for 1 hour.
- Then add mint leaves, lemon juice, rock salt, black pepper, cumin powder, honey and blend it.
- Stain the mixture then pour into glasses. Add crushed ice cubes and sabja seeds in glasses on the top. Use lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish your cooler.
