Ingredients
For Dressing
- 3 Olive Oil tbspn
- 1 Lemon Juice tbsn
- 1/2 Pepper tspn
- 1.5 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 Za'Atar arabic spices with sesame seeds zatar tspn
Instructions
- In a salad mixing bowl Cut cucumber and tomato small cubes
- Add chopped lettuce and mix. Keep aside

- In a small container add all dressing ingredients (olive oil, lemon juice pepper pwd, salt)and mix it well
- Pour this in to salad. Mix it very well.
- Cut into small pcs to grilled kuboos add it to salad
Recipe Notes
- Instead of zatar you can use Mango Chat powder also.

- For extra crunch and flavor, brush the kuboos with a little olive oil and a sprinkle of za’atar before grilling, then break it into bite-sized pieces just before serving to prevent sogginess.
- If you want a protein boost, add some drained and rinsed canned chickpeas or lightly grilled halloumi cubes to the salad for a more substantial meal.
