Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese cottage chese
- 1/2 cup Mango purree
- 1/2 cup Cream whipped
- 2 tbsp Sugar powdered
- 3 tbsp Hung Yogurt
- 2 pack Oreo buscuit
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Food Color opt
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Decoration or cherry for frozen cherry
Instructions
Prepare the Crust
- Combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Mix well until evenly moistened.
Layer 1
- Press half of the cookie mixture into the bottom of two serving glasses.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Filling
- In a large bowl, beat together cottage cheese, paneer, hung curd, whipping cream, mango puree, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract using an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy. Add food coloring if desired.
Assemble the Cheesecake
- Remove glasses from the refrigerator. Pour half of the filling over the cookie crust in each glass.
- Smooth the top and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Layer 2
- Repeat steps with remaining cookie mixture and filling.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve
- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh mango slices or cherries.
