Recipe Notes

Expert Tips

  • For a richer flavor, use ripe, sweet mangoes and adjust the amount of powdered sugar according to your preference.
  • Ensure that the hung curd (strained yogurt) is well-drained for a smoother, creamier texture.
  • If you don't have paneer, you can substitute with an equal amount of additional cottage cheese.
  • For a more visually appealing cheesecake, consider using a layer of mango slices between the crust and the filling.
