- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds finely ground, roasted
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 2 tbsp Oil for shallow frying

- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
- 2 tbsp Coriander for garnish, freshly chopped
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala for garnish
