Ingredients

- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour refined
- 1/2 cup Semolina suji
- 2 tbsp Butter melted
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Water Water as needed to form a dough
For the Chaat Filling
- 1 cup Yogurt plain, thick curd
- 2 tbsp Chutney sweet
- 1/2 cup Cucumber grated
- 1/4 cup Beetroot cooked, grated
- 1/2 cup Papdi also known as papri
- 1/2 cup Potato boiled and cubed
- 15 Grapes halved, seedless
- 1/4 tsp Salt black
- 1/4 tsp Pepper black, ground
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Coconut Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil for greasing muffin tins
Instructions
Prepare the Basket Dough
- Combine all-purpose flour, semolina, melted butter, and salt in a bowl. Gradually add water, mixing until a soft, pliable dough forms.
Shape and Bake the Baskets
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease mini muffin tins with oil. Roll out small portions of the dough and carefully press them into the muffin cups, ensuring they cover the sides completely. Twist the dough slightly at the top of each cup to create a basket shape.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Assemble the Chaat
- Once the baskets are cool, gently remove them from the muffin tins.
Layer the Filling
- On a serving plate, spread a layer of plain yogurt. Top with grated cucumber, grated beetroot, and halved grapes.
