Recipe Notes

Expert Tips for the Perfect Black Sesame Peanut Milk

  • Toasting the sesame seeds is crucial for enhancing their flavor and aroma. Don't skip this step!
  • Soaking the peanuts improves their texture and makes them easier to blend. For a richer flavor, consider roasting the peanuts before soaking.
  • Adjust the sweetness to your liking. Start with less sugar and add more gradually until you reach your desired level of sweetness.
  • For a creamier texture, use a high-quality blender and blend for an extra minute or two. You can also add a tablespoon of your favorite nut butter for additional creaminess.
