- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 7 Peppercorns black
For the Chillies & Filling:
- 10 Chillies mild varieties like california or anaheim; mirchi chillies, red
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese full-fat recommended
- 1/4 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp Pepper black, for extra spice, freshly, ground, optional
Instructions
Prepare the Garlic & Pepper Paste
- Roast garlic cloves and peppercorns in olive oil in a small oven-safe dish at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until garlic is softened and slightly browned.
- Let the mixture cool completely.
- Using a mortar and pestle (or food processor), grind the roasted garlic and peppercorns into a smooth paste.
Prepare the Chillies
- Wash and thoroughly dry the red chillies.
- Cut the chillies in half lengthwise. Remove the membranes and seeds.
