Ingredients
- 250 gm Chicken boneless
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce red
- 1/4 tsp Pepper black
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise mayo
- 1.5 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 4 slice Bread
- 50 gm Butter
Instructions
- Boil the boneless chicken and churn in the blender. Take a large bowl add boiled anad minced chicken,red chilly sauce,mayo,black pepper powder,chilly sauce and salt and mix well. Now stuffing is ready. Heat the pan and toast the bread slice.
- After toast apply the butter on the toast. Heat butter in the pan and break the egg in the pan and stir fry the egg, Add salt and pepper powder and flip it. Apply the butter on the other slice.
- Add chicken stuffing on it. Add fried egg and cover with otherbread slice. Now chicken sandwich toast is ready to serve. Serve with tomato sauce.
