  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Rava
  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp Almonds

  • Boil the milk in the heavy-bottomed vessel. When it boils, switch off the flame and add the lemon juice, then cover the milk. After a few minutes, the milk will be fully curdled.

  • Strain the chenna in a muslin cloth and wash it in fresh water 2-3 times. Hang the chenna in a muslin cloth for half an hour. Now we have soft paneer. Mash the paneer very well and add semolina, then mix well.
