Ingredients
- 2 ltr Milk
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Rava
- 1 tbsp Clarified butter
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp Almonds

Instructions
- Boil the milk in the heavy-bottomed vessel. When it boils, switch off the flame and add the lemon juice, then cover the milk. After a few minutes, the milk will be fully curdled.
- Strain the chenna in a muslin cloth and wash it in fresh water 2-3 times. Hang the chenna in a muslin cloth for half an hour. Now we have soft paneer. Mash the paneer very well and add semolina, then mix well.
- Add sugar, clarified butter, and cardamom powder, and mix well. Pour the mixture into the dish and add the almonds on top. Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes, then bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy the cheena poda.
