  • Add desi ghee to a heated frying pan. Add the flour and stir continuously until lightly browned.

Combine Ingredients

  • Add the raw mango puree, sugar, and black pepper powder to the pan. Stir well to combine.

Cook Until Thickened

  • Continue to stir constantly until the mixture thickens and becomes non-sticky, about 10-15 minutes.

Season and Finish

  • Stir in the chaat masala. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool completely.

Shape and Fill (Optional)

  • Once cooled, form small balls of the mangoli mixture. If using, gently press a blueberry into the center of each ball.
