- 1 tsp Cumin Seed jeera
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder dhania
- 1/2 - 1 tsp Chili Powder adjust to taste, red

- 1-2 Chili lal mirch, whole. for added heat., dried, red
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1/4 cup Coriander dhania, chopped, fresh
Instructions
Prepare the Pea Skins
- Select fresh green peas and carefully remove the tender skins. Roughly chop the skins.
Sauté the Spices and Vegetables
- Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion seeds and whole red chilies. Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chopped pea skins, potatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.
Simmer and Finish
- Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the pea skins are cooked through. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
