Ingredients
- 4 Whole Wheat Flour whole, or bread bread
- 1 Eggs boiled and peeled
- 2 Avocados pc peeled and mashed
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise or oil olive oil
- 1 tsp Pepper black
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
Instructions
- First boil the egg then let it cool. then peel it and chopped into small pieces. Peel avocados and mashed in a bowl. now mix mashed avocado and chopped egg. Add salt and pepper.
- Take one slice of wheat bread spread lettucr leaves on it then add avocado egg mixture. In another slice of bread smear 1 tbsp of mayonnaise then place it over on other bread slice.
- Cut the bread crosswise with a bread knife and enjoy freshly made avocado egg sandwich.

If u want u can toast the bread slightly.

- For extra flavor and crunch, toast the bread slices before assembling the sandwich, and consider rubbing them lightly with a cut clove of garlic while still warm.
