  • 2 cup Milk whole milk recommended
  • 2 tsp Tea Leaves assam or strong black tea preferred, black
  • 1 tsp Honey or sweetener of choice, to taste

  • Combine all spices (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom pods, bay leaf, nutmeg, star anise, black peppercorns, and turmeric) in a small bowl.
