Ingredients
 

  • 300 gm Black Lentil
  • 1 Onions number
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • a tsp Garam Masala half
  • 2 Green Chillies number
  • 1 Tez Patta 1 Number tez patta number
  • a tsp Red Chilli Powder half
  • tsp Coriander powder half
  • a tsp Turmeric half
  • 1 pinch Cumin whole one
  • 100 gm Kidney Beans
  • 1 Tomato number
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil the black lentils along with the kidney beans
  • Heat the oil in a non stick frying pan, add whole cumin, wait till it turns black, add onions and garlic cloves. Fry until they turn brown
  • Add the garam masala, dhania powder, turmeric and red chilly powder also add the cut green chillies, mix properly with the onions then add tomato and add a little water to make the curry.
  • When the curry is made add salt and the boiled lentil, add a little water as well, mix it properly and cook for five minutes, make sure the curry is not very thin, do not add excess water.
