Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Urad Dal
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • ¼ tsp Red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds roasted

Instructions
 

  • Soak the dal for 3-4 hours. Strain and grind using minimum water.
  • Add salt, jeera, red chilli powder.
  • Give shape like medu wada and deep fry till crispy.

Recipe Notes

  • I can never get the shape of the wadas properly. Hence I use a piping bag to shape them….!!!
