Ingredients
- 1 cup Urad Dal
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- ¼ tsp Red chili powder
- ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds roasted

Instructions
- Soak the dal for 3-4 hours. Strain and grind using minimum water.
- Add salt, jeera, red chilli powder.
- Give shape like medu wada and deep fry till crispy.
Recipe Notes
- I can never get the shape of the wadas properly. Hence I use a piping bag to shape them….!!!
